Stay was nice, staff were lovely, would go back.
The layout is perfect. Lots of little pools the beach is right there, it even feels like a private beach because of location. The water sports personnel are awesome and it was definitely a highlight!!! Renaldo, along with his great staff go above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one. Lots of activities.
The facilities are in need of updating. Nothing should look that old and worn. Bathrooms need fixing, faucets are falling off, ceilings are leaking. The stone for the pathways are uneven and in disrepair and are a tripping hazard. The cleaning service sometimes didn’t show til late afternoon, so we sometimes didn’t have clean towels to use and dishes and food don’t get cleared away regular, so it can get messy on the patio.

What was the highlight of Turtle Beach by Elegant Hotels
The sea is ideal for surfing due to the big waves, but it is not really suitable for kids.
We liked the hotel's grounds: plenty of diverse pools, a lovely sandy beach, and numerous trees. Our kid received a very nice present from Santa. There's also a great ice cream shop.
When we arrived, we had to request the preparation of a bed for our kid as it was not ready. Additionally, we had to ask for a third towel and a third bottle of water. It is unacceptable when you've just arrived after a long journey, and the hotel is aware of the number of people. There was a queue for the dinner table, and at times, we had to wait for up to 30 minutes. The selection of vegetables and cheese was limited. About coming for Christmas, there was no special show—only romantic songs. It seemed more like a Valentine's Day celebration, and we did not enjoy it much as our kid expected more Christmas fun.

Very expensive but a great hotel for Barbados standards. Food excellent, staff need training around treating all people
Food was fantastic lots of variety and all food covered so no flies etc
Staff were rude and racist to my partner
